Method of payment
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron, Maestro, Switch and Solo (UK only). You can also post cheques but these orders will take slightly longer as they will need to clear with the bank before any goods can be sent.
Delivery Information
All products bought before 3:00pm will be dispatched for next day’s delivery. Please allow 3-5 working days for deliveries. Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact delivery time. All parcels are posted via registered post, so all the parcels collection will need a signature.
Postage Costs and Options
Standard Delivery - £3.50
Free Delivery – For all orders over £50.00
Delivery within the European Union (Up to 2 kgs) - £9.00
International Delivery outside the European Union – Price will be quoted depending on destination, weight and size of the parcel.
Un-Delivered Products
Firstly, please check if it has been more than 5 working days from the day of your purchase. Then, please check if you have received any notification through your letter box by the Royal Mail regarding your parcel such as “while you were away” card.
If this hasn’t solved the problem, then please call 020 8814 9644 with your order reference number and we will assist you with your order and postage details.

Return and Exchange Policy
Refund for damaged products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service on 020 8814 9644 for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation. You must however notify us of your problem immediately. In this instance we can arrange to have the product returned and inspected. We will then take the appropriate action (i.e. repair, replace or refund). The action will be dependent on the outcome of inspection.
Refund in case of change or mind: If you’re unhappy with your purchase (other than where the product is damaged or defective), you must contact us on 020 8814 9644 within 14 days of receiving your goods. Send it back to us and we will refund the product in full as long as it is still in original packaging, undamaged and sealed.
However the cost of return postage is at your expense and any refund amount will exclude delivery charges (i.e. we won’t refund the original delivery charges you paid).

Globetrotters Travel Clinics Ltd will not share your personal information with any third party organisation for marketing purpose. Although we may share your details with postal companies which is delivering your parcel and financial companies which authorise you online payment to process your purchase.
